Our place is over in Pimple Gurav at S. No 50/1/1, right in Flat Number 6 of the Gangu building. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it doesn't feel like those big, cold IT parks you see in Hinjewadi. Being in Pune-Pune, specifically this pocket of the city, means we get a mix of quiet mornings and busy afternoons. Qdiasys Private Limited is basically just a group of us who enjoy working on systems and data without making it a whole big production. The office is small and functional. You’ll find us surrounded by a few monitors and probably some half-empty tea cups. We don’t have a fancy reception or a PR team. If you come by, you’re likely to just see someone focused on a laptop. Pimple Gurav has its own vibe, and it’s nice being away from the extreme traffic of the main city center. We spend our days dealing with various technical tasks, trying to keep things running for the people we work with. There isn’t a lot of "corporate culture" here, just regular people doing a job they understand. Sometimes we get stuck on a bug for hours, and other times things just click. We value that practical side of tech work. It’s a straightforward setup where the focus is on the output rather than the presentation. We’ve been here for a while and the routine suits us just fine. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down when we're coming and going. It’s a simple life, but it suits our style of working.
