Qbix Investa

Qbix Investa is located over at A/9-1 in Koregaon Park. We are right by the Vadifalia bus stand, which makes it easy to tell people where we are. The office isn't anything massive, just a place where we sit down and look at numbers and charts. It gets a bit noisy when the buses pull in, but you get used to it after a week or two. We like the neighborhood because there is always something going on nearby. It’s a decent spot for a small team like ours. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of coffee mugs lying around. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing here most days. It’s more of a casual vibe while we handle the investment side of things. People sometimes walk in thinking we are part of the bus station, but we just point them the right way. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it's not a priority right now. We mostly care about the work on our screens. There's a little window that looks out toward the street. It’s nice to see people walking by while we’re busy with the day's tasks. It’s a straightforward setup. No fancy lobby or anything like that. We just show up, do the research, and head home when the sun goes down. It works for what we need and the location is quite handy for everyone who visits.
