We are down in the basement at S No 635/1b in the New Gajara Society. It's right next to the Bharat Jyoti Bus Stop in Bibvewadi. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer. Pushpam Software & Computer has been a fixture here for quite some time. Handling software issues and computer hardware is our daily work. It’s a bit of a lived-in space. There are cables and old monitors tucked into corners. Trying to impress anyone with a sleek showroom isn't the goal. We just want to fix what’s broken. People from the society often drop by with their tech problems. We know the bus drivers who stop outside. Bibvewadi is a busy residential area, so there’s always someone who needs help with a computer. A marketing team or a sales department isn't something we have. It’s just us and our tools. We treat every job the same, whether it's a small software fix or a big hardware problem. Having been at this long enough, we have seen technology change completely. But the way we work hasn't changed much. Listening to the problem and trying to find a way to make it work again is what we do. It’s a local shop for local people. We like the basement life; it’s quiet and lets us focus on the tasks. Most days we just stay here until the work is finished and the shop is locked up.
