Out in Pirangut, which is a bit of a drive from the main part of Pune, you’ll find Push Engineering Pvt. Ltd. The area is full of factories and warehouses, so it’s a very industrial vibe. Our place is straightforward—lots of steel, welding tools, and blueprints spread out on big tables. It’s not a quiet job, there’s always something being drilled or hammered. We don’t have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll have to find one of us on the shop floor. The air smells like burnt metal and grease, which is pretty standard for an engineering firm. We spend most of our time figuring out how to make parts fit together or fixing a machine that’s decided to stop working. The commute out to Mulshi Taluka can be long, but it’s nice to be away from the city center noise. We have a small area where we sit down for lunch, usually just sharing whatever we brought from home. We don’t really do much in the way of promotion. The work we do speaks for itself when people see the finished products. It’s a lot of long hours and getting our hands dirty, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a project finally come together. We just keep at it, day after day.
