Over at B-2 Aditya Aangan in Khara Mala, right near Harde Hospital, that is where we run Purpleradiance Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We’ve been in this part of Shirur Ghodnadi for some time. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get our work done. We focus on tech stuff, mainly software and systems that businesses use. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens, but we try to get up and stretch when we can. The neighborhood is okay, and being near the hospital makes it easy to give directions when people visit. We have a small group of people here who actually care about the quality of what they produce. We don't have a big corporate handbook or anything like that. We just talk to each other and figure out the best way to handle a task. Some days are quieter than others, but there is usually something to fix or an update to push out. We like the independence of working in a place like Tal-Shirur. It allows us to focus on the work without too many distractions. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the people who hire us and keep the business running. It’s a simple goal, and it keeps us coming back to our desks every Monday morning, ready to handle the week and whatever comes our way.
