Punj Lloyd Ltd.

Our office is located out in Hinjewadi Phase 3, which is quite a distance if you are coming from the main city. Punj Lloyd Ltd. has been here for a bit, and the area has changed a lot with all the new buildings going up around us. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the traffic, but once you get inside, it’s mostly just engineers and project people looking at screens and stacks of papers. There is always a lot of talk about timelines and site reports coming in from different places. It’s a pretty standard office setup with rows of desks and a small canteen where everyone goes for lunch. We don’t really have any decorations on the walls, just mostly maps or project schedules pinned up here and there. It gets quiet in the afternoons when everyone is focused on their work. You can hear the construction noise from the other plots being developed nearby. It’s an industrial sort of vibe in this part of town. We spend a lot of time in meetings or on the phone trying to coordinate things. By the time evening rolls around, the whole area gets busy with people trying to head home. It is a practical space for the kind of work we do, nothing too flashy, just a place to get the planning and coordination done for the bigger projects we handle. It serves its purpose as a hub for the various teams.
