Pune Hospital Medical Stores

I spend most of my day at Pune Hospital Medical Stores. We are located right on the Pune Hospital Campus, specifically at number 27 on Lal Bahadur Shashtri Road in Navi Peth. It’s a busy little shop because we’re right there where the patients are. We stock a bit of everything, from basic bandages to the more specific stuff the doctors upstairs order. The shelves are packed pretty high, and sometimes it takes a minute to find the exact brand someone is looking for. Navi Peth is a crowded area, so there’s always people coming in and out. The counter is usually covered in prescription slips and change. We stay open late because you never know when someone will need something from the hospital. It gets a bit hot in here during the summer months despite the fans. We aren't a big chain pharmacy, just a local store tied to the hospital campus. I’ve lived in Pune my whole life, and working here feels like being part of the city’s pulse. We don't do home deliveries or anything like that; people just come to the window. Sometimes we run out of a specific medicine and have to wait for the delivery truck to arrive the next morning. It’s a simple operation. We just try to make sure we have what the local residents and hospital patients need when they walk through the door.
