Ptc India Software Pvt Ltd operates out of B 402 in Suncity Sunshree on NIBM Road in Kondhwa, Pune. It’s an apartment complex, so it doesn't really look like a software company from the outside. We have a few rooms set up with computers and servers humming away in the corner. Pune is a nice place to live, and Kondhwa is a busy area with a lot of different people. Being on NIBM road means we have plenty of options for food when we get hungry, which is often. The society has its own rules about visitors and parking, so we have to follow all that. Inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and the occasional groan when some code doesn't work right. We are a small team and we don't really go for the whole corporate culture thing. We wear whatever is comfortable and we don't have set times for breaks; we just eat when we can. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and we end up ordering pizza and sitting on the floor because we are tired of the chairs. It’s a bit messy with cables running everywhere and stacks of notebooks on every surface. We just like solving problems and doing our work without anyone breathing down our necks. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
