We are based in Salunke Vihar at F2/15 Awchs. This is in the Kondhwa area of Pune, 411022. It’s a residential-feeling spot which makes it nice and calm for work. Psps Pvt Ltd has been operating out of here for quite a while. We aren't in one of those huge glass buildings downtown. Our office is more down-to-earth. The team here is small and we’ve all known each other for years. We do our work and then go home to our families. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a lot of corporate rules or long meetings. If something needs doing, we just talk about it and get it done. Kondhwa is a good part of Pune, though the traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings. We usually stay late to avoid the worst of it. The office is filled with files and old notebooks. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We don't try to impress anyone with big words. We just value being honest and doing the job right. People around Salunke Vihar know us as the quiet ones in the corner office. We like it that way. It’s been a good run so far, and we plan to keep going just like this. We usually keep some biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoon hunger hits us during long shifts.
