You can find Prothious Engg Services in Navi Mumbai, over in Sector 3. We are located at Row House No 8 in the Shivshakti Housing Society, on Plot 14. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than being in the middle of Mumbai. We like the vibe here in Kalamboli. It feels like a real neighborhood where people actually know their neighbors. Our office is just a converted part of the house. It’s got everything we need: a few computers, some filing cabinets, and a sturdy table for meetings. We don't have a big corporate structure. If you call, you’ll probably talk to one of the three or four people who are always here. We handle engineering tasks for different clients, and it keeps us pretty busy through the week. The commute isn't too bad for most of us since we live nearby. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while we work. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We aren't interested in being the biggest engineering firm in Maharashtra. We just want to do a good job so we can keep the lights on and keep moving forward. Sometimes we have tea breaks outside in the small porch area. It’s a good way to take a breather before getting back to the drawings and the spreadsheets.
