Our office is situated at Survey No.25/2K in Tathwade, right along the Aundh-Ravet Road. It is a fast-growing area, and the traffic outside our windows seems to get heavier every single year. Inside, things are a bit more relaxed. We have a bunch of computers and a lot of technical gear spread out across several rooms. It is not a very formal environment. Most of us wear jeans and t-shirts to work, and we don't have assigned seating or anything like that. We just sit where the work is. The building is a standard concrete structure, and we haven't done much to decorate it because we are more focused on what is happening on our screens and workbenches. You will often find empty coffee mugs and rolls of wire sitting around. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or a corporate handbook. We just talk to each other to solve problems as they come up. The commute to Tathwade can be a bit of a grind for some of the staff, but once we are here, we just get into the flow of things. We have been at this location for a while now, and we have seen the surrounding fields turn into apartment blocks and other offices. It is a busy spot, but our little corner remains pretty focused on the day-to-day tasks. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a local team doing technical work.
