Project Trainee In Siemens Ltd

I am currently working as a project trainee at Siemens Ltd, and my life is split between two very different locations. One part of my time is spent at 881 C, Sadashiv Peth in the Chintamani Apartments in Pune. Sadashiv Peth is an old, traditional part of the city with narrow streets and a lot of history. It is very crowded and lively. On the other hand, I also spend time in New Delhi at the MSD Flats in the Minto Road Complex. Minto Road is quite central and has that specific government-housing feel to it. Moving between Pune and Delhi for these project requirements means I carry my life in a bag most of the time. The work involves learning how a big company like Siemens operates on the ground level. It is a lot of observing, taking notes, and helping out with smaller tasks to understand the bigger engineering systems. In Pune, the atmosphere is more academic and focused on the technical side of the Peths. In Delhi, everything feels much larger and more spread out. Both places have their own quirks, like the local food and the way people communicate. It isn't always easy being a trainee because you're always trying to catch up, but it's a good way to see how things actually get built. I don't have a permanent desk in either place, just a corner to work from.
