Project Niit Ltd

Our project work is based in the Warje area of Pune, right inside the Undale Building on Survey Number 138. We are located right opposite Bhagirathi Nagar, which is a pretty well-known spot for people living around here. The office is part of the NIIT Ltd project setup, where we focus on training and development tasks. It is a busy place because Pune is such a hub for this kind of work. The building itself is a regular structure, and we have our space set up with rows of computers and small desks for the team. Warje traffic can be a nightmare during peak hours, so most of us try to get in early or stay late to avoid the rush. We spend most of our day looking at code or teaching people how to manage different software tools. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment, but we do have a lot to get through every week. We try to keep things relaxed because that's how people learn best. There's always someone making a pot of tea or chatting about the latest tech updates in the break area. We don't go in for big speeches or motivational posters. We just show up, do the training, and help people finish their projects. It’s a local operation that feels very grounded in the Pune lifestyle. The neighbors in the building are mostly other small businesses, so it feels like a community.
