Our workspace is actually inside the Police Headquarters area, specifically in Building No. 2, Room No. 2, in Dhule. It is a bit of an unusual spot for a programming engineering setup, but it works for us. Being in a government-heavy area means things are usually quite orderly and quiet around the building. Maharastra has its own way of doing things, and here in Dhule, we just follow the local pace. The room is small and simple. There are no fancy decorations on the walls, just the essentials like a couple of computers, some chairs, and a lot of cables. We don't have a marketing department or anyone trying to sell you something you don't need. Most of our time is spent just looking at the technical problems people bring us. Since we are in the police headquarters complex, the security is good and it feels like a very safe place to work late into the night. We don't use any corporate talk or big promises. We just handle the engineering side of programming as best as we can. People who come to see us usually have a specific reason to be in this building anyway. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense environment. We don't have meetings about "vision" or anything like that; we just open the room in the morning and get to work until it is time to go home.
