Profound Solutions

Our office is at 3-Saiprem Apt in Vidyanagar, specifically 10/F/2 in Dhanori. It’s a quiet enough area, which is good because we spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to solve technical problems. We call ourselves Profound Solutions, but really, we are just a small group of people who are good with computers and processes. We work with different businesses, mostly helping them with their back-end tasks or sorting out their data. It isn't the kind of work that looks exciting from the outside. A lot of it is just typing, checking for errors, and making sure everything runs like it's supposed to. We have a few desks set up in the apartment, and it feels more like a home than a corporate office. Sometimes we have tea together while we discuss a project that's giving us trouble. Dhanori is growing fast, and we see more shops and buildings coming up around us every year. We don't do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people we already know or someone who told a friend about us. We try to keep things simple and not use too much jargon when we talk to clients. If a system is broken, we look at it until we find a way to make it work again. It’s just steady work that requires a lot of patience and a decent internet connection. We try to be helpful and get the details right every single time.
