Our small company, Profisys It Solutions Private Limited, is based out of a residential area in Kolhewadi. We use flat D-401 in the Morya Sparsh building, which is located at S No 62/65. Aditya Umakant Joshi is the one who keeps things moving here. It is a bit different from a standard office building because it feels more like a home. We like the quiet atmosphere of Kolhewadi. It helps us focus when we are working on difficult technical problems. There are no big signs or bright lights outside our door. Most of the time, it is just us sitting around our desks with our computers. We started this business because we knew a lot about IT and wanted to help people without all the corporate red tape. Our setup is very simple and practical. We have some servers in the corner and enough coffee to get us through the afternoon slump. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we are doing with all those monitors, but we just explain we are working on software. We do not have a big sales team. Most of the folks we work with have been with us for a long time. It is a low-key way to run a business, but it suits us perfectly. We handle everything from here, and it works out well. If you are looking for us, we are just tucked away in the housing complex, working away on our latest projects.
