Production Service Engineer

I am a production service engineer based out of Pt-126 in Sector-21 of Yamunanagar. This is in the Nigadi area of Pune. My place is very close to Shivbhumi High School. You can hear the school bells and the children playing during their breaks. It’s a decent area and I’ve been here for quite some time now. My work involves going out to different factories to service their equipment, but I do a lot of my planning and small repairs right here. Pune is full of manufacturing units, so there is always someone with a broken machine. I don't have a big team or a fancy office setup. It’s just me and my tool kit. I’ve learned most of what I know by fixing things that others said were junk. People in the neighborhood know what I do and sometimes they drop by with small household things for me to look at too. I don’t mind helping out when I have the time. The space I have is quite simple, just some shelves for my components and a sturdy table. I’m not interested in making things look better than they are. I just tell people what’s wrong and how much it will cost to fix. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. If you’re coming by, just look for the house near the school. I’m usually there in the mornings before I head out on service calls.
