Prism It Solutions Pvt.Ltd is located over by Pune University. We've been set up here since around 2006 or 2007, which feels like a really long time ago if you think about how much tech has changed. The area is nice because of the trees and the energy from the students on campus. Our office is pretty basic, nothing too special to look at. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out why certain systems aren't working the way they should. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we get stuck on a problem for days, but it's what we do. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees and a human resources department. It’s just a smaller group of us who actually know each other. We have some coffee, fix some code, and talk to folks who need help with their computers or software. Being in Pune means we’re around a lot of other tech people, which is helpful when we need to find parts or advice. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing here. Most days it’s just jeans and t-shirts while we try to get through the task list. We like the location because it’s easy to get to and there are some decent spots to grab a quick lunch nearby. We’ve had plenty of long nights in this office when a project is due, but that’s just the nature of the job we chose.
