We’re located out at A-22 in the MIDC area of Talegaon, in the village of Navlakhumbre. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city of Pune, but it’s where most of the manufacturing happens. The air is a little clearer out here, although it gets quite dusty when the big trucks roll by the gates. We focus on design and tooling technology. The workshop is our main space, and it’s always filled with machines and workbenches that are covered in blueprints or small metal shavings. We’ve been here for several years now, and we’ve settled into the daily rhythm of the Maval district. It’s a practical environment. We don't have any decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few old photos of the team. The staff consists of people from the local villages and a few who commute from the city every morning. We work hard to get the designs exactly right. Sometimes we stay late when a job is particularly tricky, and we just order in some local food and keep at it. It’s not about being the biggest company; it’s just about doing the tooling work that our customers need. We like the community of the MIDC. You can always borrow a tool or get some quick advice from the guys in the next unit. It’s a straightforward and hardworking atmosphere that suits us just fine.
