We are located in the Ganga Satellite society in Wanawadi, Pune. Specifically, we are in Building A7, Flat No. 202. Working out of a residential complex like this is quite common in Pune, and it gives the place a much more relaxed feeling than a business park. We have a balcony where we can step out and see the trees and the other buildings in the society. Inside, it’s all set up for tech work, with computers and servers tucked into the rooms. The atmosphere is pretty quiet most of the time, which is great for when we need to concentrate on complex technology problems. We have a small kitchen where we make our own coffee and tea throughout the day. The Wanawadi area is nice because it’s not as chaotic as the center of the city, but it still has everything we need nearby. We often see our neighbors when we are coming in or leaving for the day. It’s a small, tight-knit group of us working here. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything like that. We just focus on our projects and try to stay organized. Sometimes we have meetings around the dining table, which serves as our main conference spot. It’s a very practical way to run things, and it keeps our overhead low so we can just focus on the actual work. It’s a comfortable spot to spend our working hours in a nice part of Pune.
