Prime Cec

We are located at Sanjyot Apartment, which is right next to the Atharv Nursing Home in Vishal Nagar. It’s a pretty quiet spot near Jagtap Dairy. We’ve been working out of this ground floor unit for some time now. Prime Cec is mostly about civil engineering and construction stuff. We spend a lot of our time looking at sites and making sure the math works out for whatever is being built. It’s just a few of us in the office. Usually, there are rolls of paper everywhere and a few computers running. We aren't really into big corporate talk. We just do the work that comes in. Most of the people who come to us are locals or small contractors from around the area. It's nice being near the nursing home because everyone knows where that is. We try to be helpful and just give honest advice on projects. Building things can be a headache, so we try to take some of that weight off. Some days are slow and others we can’t keep up with the phone calls. That’s just how it goes in this business. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just us in Vishal Nagar doing our thing every day. We handle the technical side of building so the owners don't have to worry about the structural details as much. It’s just how we operate.
