Our location is at Plot A54/55 in the H Block of the MIDC in Pimpri. It is a very well-known industrial zone. If you have ever been to Pimpri, you know it is full of manufacturing units and big warehouses. Our building is a typical industrial structure with a lot of space for our operations. We have a small office area tucked into one side, but most of the square footage is dedicated to the power equipment and tools. It’s not the kind of place where you would find a plush carpet or fancy paintings. We have concrete floors and metal desks. The noise from the neighboring units is constant, but you get used to it after a few days. We start our shift quite early to beat the heat and the traffic. There is a lot of movement throughout the day with deliveries coming in and out of the gate. We have a small security cabin at the entrance. The staff usually eats together in the break area. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend much on making the place look pretty; we just make sure the equipment is maintained and the orders are moving. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to get around to it. It’s just a honest, hard-working site where we focus on our daily tasks.
