Prem Communication

Prem Communication is our shop, located over at Bibwewadi in the Geetjanali Appt, Block E, Rishi Nagar 2. Being inside an apartment complex means we see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice. Most of what we do involves mobile phones, like selling SIM cards, doing quick repairs, or helping someone top up their balance. The shop isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit a good amount of stock on the walls. We have chargers, cables, and those colorful covers people like to buy. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait for the systems to update, which can be frustrating for us and the customers. We just try to be patient and talk about the weather while we wait. There’s always a bit of a breeze coming through the block, which helps on hot days. We spend a lot of time at the desk. If someone has a broken screen, we take a look and see if it's worth fixing or not. We try to be straight with people about the cost and the time it takes. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for when the school kids come by for small items. We’ve been in Rishi Nagar for a bit now and feel like part of the furniture. We don’t do any big advertising; people just know we are here in Block E. It works for us and we stay here.
