Precise Systems

Our office is located at S. No. 33/2 in Lagadmala, which is right off Sinhgad Road. If you know the Vadgaon Khurd area, you know how busy it can get around here. Precise Systems is where we spend our days. It’s a practical space, mostly filled with equipment and parts that we need for our work. We don't have any of those fancy lounge areas or modern art on the walls. It’s just a place to get work done. The traffic on Sinhgad Road is something we’ve all learned to live with, though it makes the mornings a bit slow. Inside, we are usually focused on whatever system we are putting together that day. It’s quiet work for the most part, until the machines start up. We try to keep things organized, but when we’re in the middle of a big project, there are tools everywhere. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we eat lunch together, usually just some home-cooked food we brought in. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear comfortable clothes and talk to each other plainly. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the buildings around us go up one by one. Our focus is just on the tasks at hand and making sure we don't miss any details. It’s a steady rhythm, and we’re happy with how we do things here. We just keep our heads down and finish the list of things to do before heading back into the traffic.
