Pratik Communication

Pratik Communication is our small business located on J M Road in Rajgurunagar, which is part of Tal Khed. It is a bit of a drive from the main city, but we have a good group of local customers who keep us going. We mostly focus on mobile phones, repairs, and various communication services like SIM cards and recharges. I opened this shop because I wanted to stay in my hometown and provide something useful to the people here. The shop is simple, with a wooden counter and a few display cases for the handsets. We don't have any fancy decorations or air conditioning that works all the time. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have a fan going while we work on broken screens. My cousin helps me out sometimes when it gets busy. We see a lot of farmers and students coming in from the nearby villages. They usually need something durable and affordable. We don't try to push the most expensive stuff on anyone. It is just about finding what fits their budget. Life in Rajgurunagar is quiet compared to Pune, and we like it that way. We take our time with the repairs to make sure they are done right. It’s just us doing our best every day on J M Road. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage. We are just a local spot for people to get their mobile stuff sorted out.
