We are set up over at Market Yard 24. It’s a busy spot, which makes sense because there are always vehicles moving in and out of the yard all day long. We spend our days covered in a bit of grease and oil, fixing up whatever comes our way. Whether it’s a quick oil change or something more complicated with the engine, we just take it as it comes. The shop itself is usually filled with tools, spare parts, and maybe a bike or two that we are currently working on. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but that’s just the nature of auto work. I’ve been working with machines for a long time, and I opened this place because I wanted to stay close to the Market Yard area. People around here know me, and they just bring their vehicles over when they hear a weird noise or something isn't running right. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with air conditioning; people usually just stand around and talk while we work or go grab a tea nearby. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. Some days the yard is so packed it’s hard to even find a place to park the cars we are working on, but we manage somehow. We just focus on getting the vehicles back on the road so the owners can get back to their work. It’s a tough job but it’s what we know how to do.
