Prashant Hotel

Prashant Hotel is over in Chinchwad East, right in the MIDC section. Our spot is Gp 154 in G Block, which is basically right across from the Telco Gate. Because of where we are, we see a lot of people who work in the factories or truck drivers who are making deliveries. It’s a loud, busy industrial area, so our hotel is mostly for people who need to be right there for their jobs. The rooms are very basic. We don’t have any of those luxury amenities like gyms or fancy pools. It’s just a bed, a fan, and a bathroom for people who are tired after a long shift. Shahu Nagar can be quite dusty with all the construction and trucks, but we try to keep the floors swept as much as we can. We’ve been in this 411019 location for many years now. The building is simple and doesn't stand out much from the other industrial structures around it. Our staff is used to the 24-hour nature of the MIDC area, so someone is always around the desk. We don’t have a fancy dining room, just a place where you can get some hot food. It’s an honest, no-frills kind of place. We don’t spend money on marketing because the people who need to stay here already know where we are. It’s just a practical choice for workers and travelers in the zone.
