Prasanna Computer Services

We are based at 830, Vishwagiri Apts, right in the heart of Sadashiv Peth. If you know Pune, you know Sadashiv Peth is full of narrow lanes, old buildings, and a lot of old-school charm. Prasanna Computer Services isn't a big flashy company with a glass storefront. We operate out of an apartment building, which makes it feel more like a quiet home office than a corporate floor. It’s often peaceful around here, except for the usual street noise and the scooters zipping by. We spend our hours fixing laptops and dealing with various computer problems for the local residents and the small shops nearby. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lounge for people to wait in. You just walk in and talk to us directly. It’s a very direct and honest way of doing business. We've been in this spot for some time, and we've seen the neighborhood change a bit, but our work stays mostly the same. Computers break down, and we try to get them running again. We use simple tools and a lot of patience. Sometimes a repair takes much longer than we first thought, and we just have to stick with it until it’s finally done. We like being in Sadashiv Peth because everything we need is within walking distance. It's a practical place to be, and we just keep our focus on the machines on our workbench every day.
