I’m Prasadshahane and my place is at 171/23, Swanand. We are located right behind the Hindustan Bakery in Chinchwad, Pune. If you are looking for us, just find the bakery and we are right there. Chinchwad is a busy part of the city, especially with all the factories and shops around, but our little corner is somewhat tucked away. The building is called Swanand and it’s a simple place. We’ve been here for a good while now. We don’t have a flashy entrance or any big billboards. Most of our work is done in a very straightforward way. I don't have a team of experts or specialists. It’s just me and a few people who have learned things by doing them over the years. We don't write big reports about our mission. We just focus on the task that is in front of us today. The bakery nearby always smells like fresh bread, which is a nice perk of being here. We are just local Pune people trying to earn a living and be helpful. Sometimes things are a bit messy in the office, but we know where everything is. We don't use corporate speak because it doesn't feel real to us. We just talk like we would to a neighbor. It’s an honest, small-scale operation, and we are fine with that. It works for us and for the people we help.
