Pranav General Stores

Pranav General Stores is tucked away at 562 Ganj Peth in the Kadagi Wada area. It is a small place but we pack a lot into it. Dealing with local customers every day keeps us on our toes. You can find almost any household item here if you look hard enough on the shelves. We don't really organize things like the big supermarkets do, but we know where everything is kept. If someone asks for a specific brand of tea or a certain type of soap, I can usually grab it in a second. Life in Pune is fast, but here in Ganj Peth, things feel a bit more traditional. My father started this and now I help out too. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside. We have some jars of sweets on the counter and stacks of grains in the back. It gets dusty because of the road, so we spend a lot of time cleaning. Sometimes we stay open late if we see people still walking about. It’s not about being the biggest store, just about being there when someone realizes they forgot to buy salt for dinner. We don't do deliveries, people just walk in. It's a humble business and we are happy with that. No big plans, just keeping the shutters open every day.
