Pramod Kolkar

My name is Pramod Kolkar and I run my business from 60/5 in Sukhsagar Nagar Part 2, which is over in the Kondhwa area of Pune. Pune has changed a lot over the years, but this neighborhood still feels familiar to me. I’ve set up shop here because it’s close to where I live and it makes sense for the kind of work I do. It’s not a big company with hundreds of employees. It is mostly just me and sometimes a helper when things get a bit too much to handle alone. The office is part of the building where everyone knows each other’s names. I don't use any big words to describe what I do. I just take on jobs as they come and try to finish them on time. The space is simple, with a few chairs and a table that has seen better days. Sometimes the neighbors stop by for a chat while I’m working. I don't have a fancy logo or a marketing team. I just rely on people telling their friends about me. Kondhwa can be a bit busy with traffic, but my corner stays relatively okay. I’ve been at this for a long time and I don't plan on changing how I do things. It’s a steady life and the work is decent. I just want to keep things running smoothly and honestly for anyone who walks through my door and needs help.
