Prakash Super Market

Prakash Super Market has been around in Talwade Patwardhan Baug for quite a few years now. It’s just a regular local shop where we stock all the daily essentials you might need for your home. We have everything from different types of rice and dal to soaps and bathroom cleaners. The store gets really busy in the mornings when everyone is trying to get their milk and fresh bread before heading off to work. We try our best to keep all the shelves full, but sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck in traffic and we run out of certain items for a day or two. My family helps me out with the daily chores and sitting at the cash counter. The neighborhood around Patwardhan Baug has changed a lot lately with many new apartments coming up, but we still recognize most of the people who walk through our door. The shop isn't anything fancy with bright neon signs or big advertisements. It’s just a spot to get your groceries without having to travel into the main city. I am usually here from six in the morning until we pull the shutters down late at night. The floor gets a bit dusty because the road outside is always busy, so we are constantly sweeping. If you are looking for something specific and don’t see it on the shelf, just ask me and I’ll see if I can order it for you next time. We just keep things simple here.
