Prakash General Stores

Prakash General Stores is located in the Indrapushpa Building, right next to Ranka Jewellers on Karve Road. We’ve been on this street for a long time, and Karve Road is always full of people moving around. Being right next to the jewelers makes us easy to find if you're looking for us. The store is filled with all sorts of items that people might need for their homes. We keep the shelves stocked with the basics, and sometimes we have to squeeze things in because the space isn't huge. It’s a local shop where we know many of the customers by their first names. We spend our days helping people find what they need, whether it’s a small household item or something for the kitchen. It’s not a fancy supermarket, just a regular general store where we try to keep things organized. Sometimes the deliveries arrive all at once, and the place gets a bit cramped, but we manage. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been here for years. The Indrapushpa Building is a familiar landmark for many around here. We just open up in the morning and stay until the evening, dealing with whatever the day brings. It’s honest work, and we enjoy being part of the Karve Road community. We don't do much advertising; people just know we’re here when they need something quick. It is a busy life, but it keeps us on our feet and active every day.
