Kharadi is where you'll find us at Prajdeep Solutions. Our office is in the Apale Ghar Society on Apale Ghar Road, right at Survey No 56. It’s a busy part of Pune these days, but our corner is relatively quiet. We’ve got a small team that handles different projects. Some of us have been here since the start and others joined later. The office space is simple. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. Working in a society like Apale Ghar means we see a lot of the same neighbors every day. It feels more like a home than a sterile office. We usually take a break in the middle of the day to get some fresh air. The road outside can get a bit dusty with all the new buildings going up around Kharadi, but that’s just how it is here. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. We’d rather just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. If you walk past, you might hear us talking or see the glow of the computer screens. We’re just a regular group of people working together to keep the business going. There isn't much more to it than that, really. We try to keep a positive vibe even when things get stressful with deadlines. We’re just local folks doing our work.
