Our place, Pragya Technologies India Pvt Ltd, is over in Katraj. We are specifically located in the Vishalsagar Building, Flat No 09. If you know Pune, you know how busy Katraj can get at certain times of the day. The building itself is older, but it works for what we need. It’s basically just a flat turned into an office. We have our servers and workstations set up in the main rooms. It can get a bit loud because of the traffic on the main road, but once you close the windows, it’s not too bad. We mostly spend our time staring at screens and writing code or fixing technical issues. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass lobby and a security guard. You just walk up the stairs and ring the bell. Sometimes we order food from the small shops downstairs when we are working late. The kitchen area in the flat is where we keep the kettle for coffee. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is here at once, but we get along fine. We don’t have fancy chairs or expensive art on the walls. Just some whiteboards with scribbles on them. It’s a practical spot for us to get things done without too much fuss. We've been in Pune for a while and like being in this part of town.
