We operate out of Rajas Society, which is situated on the Katraj-Kondhwa Road in Pune. Our specific spot is Plot Number 148, near the S.No. 23 area. It’s a neighborhood that has grown a lot over the years, and it feels like a good, grounded place to run a business. Pragixpragix Technologies is just a group of us who enjoy the process of building things from scratch. We’re an LLP, which keeps things relatively simple on the administrative side. Most of our day is spent sitting around a couple of large tables we’ve pushed together. We don't really have individual offices or anything like that because we like being able to just shout a question across the room. It gets a bit noisy sometimes, especially when we’re all trying to solve the same problem at once, but that’s just how we work best. The office is tucked away in a quiet part of the society, so we don't get much through-traffic. We’ve got some plants by the window that we occasionally remember to water, and a kettle that’s almost always running. We didn’t start this to become some giant corporation. We just wanted to have a place where we could do technical work on our own terms. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s a good one. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized and helpful to those we work with.
