Praeclarus Technologies Private Limited

Our place is Flat 107 in Building Number 1 at Amba Nagari. It’s located on Dhanori Road, specifically at S No. 48/1/2. If you are in Pune, you might know the area near the airport and how busy it can get. Praeclarus Technologies Private Limited is run from this flat. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us working in a residential building. We like it because it feels more relaxed than a cold office block. We have set up our workstations in the main room. There is always a lot to do, and we aren't the type to spend time on fancy speeches or mission statements. We just show up and get to work. The building is generally quiet during the day, which helps us focus on our coding or whatever else needs doing. We share a small kitchen and usually take turns getting tea for everyone. It’s not a fancy corporate lifestyle. We worry about the same things every small business does, like paying the bills on time and keeping the equipment running. Dhanori is a growing area, so there are always new buildings going up around us. We have been here through some of those changes. It’s just a simple, honest setup where we try to do decent work every day without making a big fuss about it. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
