Pradip Namdeo Ghule

Pradip Namdeo Ghule is based out of the industrial estate area, specifically on the third floor of building 305. Finding us can be a bit tricky if you are not used to the layout of Jayant Oil Mill Road or the Makarpura side of things. We are right there near Solapur Road, which is almost always packed with trucks and people moving things back and forth. It is a real working environment, not one of those shiny glass buildings you see in the city center. There is a lot of noise from the other units and the smell of oil and metal is pretty much everywhere. We have been here long enough that the stairs to the third floor do not bother us much anymore, though carrying heavy stuff up is always a bit of a pain. The office isn't much to look at, just some desks, chairs, and whatever equipment we need for the day's tasks. It gets pretty hot in the summer months, especially being up on the third floor, but we have some old fans going to keep the air moving. Most of the people working here have been around this industrial estate for many years. We know the tea stall guys and the other business owners nearby. It is a tight-knit community in a way, even if it looks a bit messy or disorganized from the outside. We just focus on getting the work done and then heading home. There are no frills here, just the daily routine of being in an industrial zone.
