Powerex Battery Industrial

We are located over on Nagar Road Waterfield Road 21/1 and it is mostly just a place where we deal with all kinds of batteries. Powerex Battery Industrial has been in this spot for a long time. You will see a lot of lead and heavy cases stacked up if you walk in through the main door. It’s not the cleanest place because work like this involves a lot of grease and metal. We spend our days checking cells and making sure the backups are charging right. Most of our work comes from the shops and factories nearby that need power when the grid goes out. It gets loud sometimes because of the machinery running in the back but we are used to it by now. The tea stall across the street knows our order by heart because we go there three times a day. We don't have a big fancy office or a secretary answering phones. It is usually just us with dirty hands trying to get the orders ready for delivery. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in traffic on Nagar Road which makes things run late. We just do the work and try to keep the lights on for everyone else. It’s heavy work and my back hurts by evening but it is what we do here. There is always a stack of old catalogs on the desk and a radio playing in the background to keep us going through the long shifts when the sun goes down early.
