We are located right at Pimpari Chawk in the Kharalwadi area. It’s a very busy part of Pune, as anyone who lives here knows. There’s always people moving around and traffic near the Chawk. Our setup is fairly simple. We do engineering work here, mostly focusing on the technical side of things. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get our daily tasks finished. We have a small crew of engineers and support staff. Most of us take the bus or ride bikes to get in. It’s convenient being in 411018 because a lot of suppliers are nearby. If we need parts or materials, it doesn’t take all day to get them. We don’t really spend money on fancy brochures or websites. Most of our work comes from people who already know us or businesses in the area. It’s a lot of hands-on work. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but we manage. We keep a regular schedule, starting around nine. Lunch is usually whatever we brought from home or something quick from a local shop. We just focus on the drawings and the machine work we have on the table. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like being part of the Kharalwadi community. Nothing too complicated about how we operate.
