Polyworks Software India Pvt Ltd is located over at B-507 in the Teerth Technospace building. If you are driving on the Bangalore-Mumbai Highway through Baner, we are the ones tucked right behind that big Mercedes showroom. It’s a busy part of town and the highway noise is constant, but once you get up to the fifth floor, it’s mostly just the sound of us typing and talking on the phone. We don't have a flashy office with a huge lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we handle the software side of things for the company here in India. The team is usually busy at their desks, and we have a small corner for tea where we take breaks. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we know the local lunch spots and which shortcuts to take when the highway gets backed up. It’s a simple setup. We focus on our daily tasks and try to keep up with the technical side of the work without making things too complicated. Sometimes the parking in the building can be a bit of a headache for visitors, but we manage. We aren't doing anything fancy, just a group of people working together in a standard office park. It’s a bit cramped when we have all our equipment out, but it works for us. We just get on with it.
