It is a regular residential-style building where we have set up our office for Playtech Software Pvt Ltd. It feels more like a home than a cold office building, which we actually prefer for our daily work. We are not into the whole high-rise corporate culture. Here, we can just focus on the software work without a lot of distractions from the outside world. Pune is a great place to be, even if the traffic near Sno 18 can be a bit much during the evenings when everyone is heading home. Inside room 402, it is mostly just computers and a few shelves for our files. We do not have a dedicated cleaning crew that comes in every hour, so it looks like a real office where people actually do work. There might be a few coffee mugs sitting around and some notes scribbled on the whiteboard. We handle everything ourselves, from answering the door to fixing the printer when it jams. It is a small operation, but we stay busy all week. We do not have a mission statement or anything like that pinned to the wall. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. It is a quiet spot where we can put our heads down.
