Planwey Solutions Private Limited is located at Flat No. 102 in the Omchandraprakash building, which is part of the Chaitanya Sankul in Shirgaon. Pune is a big place, but Shirgaon has its own pace. We like being a bit removed from the main city chaos. Our office is basically a converted flat, so it has a very homey feel to it. It’s not very formal. We often sit around the kitchen table to discuss things. We do tech work, mostly focused on solutions for different clients. It’s just a few of us. We don't have a marketing department or a sales team. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’re in the local area. Working from Shirgaon means we don't have to deal with the same level of noise as the offices downtown. We have our computers set up in the main rooms, and we just get on with it. Sometimes we spend all day on one single problem, and other days things move quickly. There’s no corporate dress code here; most of us just wear whatever is comfortable. It’s a straightforward setup. We’ve been here for some time and we’ve made the space our own. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the overhead of a fancy commercial tower. We just focus on the work itself.
