We are based out of Pune. It’s a city that has changed a lot lately, but we’ve stayed put here. Being a consultancy means we spend a lot of time talking to different people about their businesses and how to fix small problems that come up every day. Pune is a good place for this because there are so many companies starting up and older ones trying to stay relevant. We don't have a flashy setup. It’s mostly just us sitting down, looking at what needs to be done, and trying to help out where we can. The city gets quite crowded, especially during the peak hours, but that’s just how it is. We’ve seen the way the local markets have grown and how the tech side of things has taken over certain neighborhoods. Our day starts early, usually with a lot of tea and going over the schedule. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It is just about giving advice that actually works for people living and working around here. Sometimes we are out meeting folks, other times we are just in the office catching up on emails. It’s a steady pace, and we like being part of the Pune community. There is always something happening in the streets, and that energy keeps us going. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, just sticking to the basics of good consulting without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
