Our small team at Pixellence Web Solutions Llp works out of Ganesh Park Society in Kothrud. We are in Building Number 2, specifically in Flat Number 6. Kothrud is a busy place, but our little corner in the society is actually quite peaceful. The office is basically a residential flat that we have converted into a workspace. It still has the layout of a home, with the kitchen area used for making coffee and the bedrooms turned into small work areas. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We have wires running along the floor and stacks of papers on most of the flat surfaces. The neighbors are used to us being here by now. We try not to make too much noise in the corridors. Being in a society means we have a bit of greenery around the building, which is nice when you look out the window. Most of us either walk or take a bike to get here. There is no big sign on the gate, so people usually have to call us to find the right building. We do not have a professional cleaning crew or anything; we just tidy up after ourselves. It is a simple, honest way to work. We spend our days building things on the web and talking through ideas over tea. It is just us in a regular Kothrud flat, focusing on our work.
