Pioneer Services, Pune is based right in the heart of the city at Swargate. We are located in Wadkar Apartment. If you know Swargate, you know how busy it can get with the bus station and all the traffic passing through. Our office in the apartment is a bit of an escape from all that noise outside. It is a regular old building, nothing fancy or modern about it. We have been here for a while, and the walls have seen a lot of work over the years. Being near Swargate is actually very convenient because everything is reachable from here. Whether it is getting to the market or catching a bus to another part of town, we are right in the thick of it. The apartment itself is a mix of people living and a few small offices like ours. It has got that lived-in feel, with some peeling paint here and there, but it is solid. We do not have a big reception area; you just walk in and we are there working. It is a very local way of doing business. We know our neighbors and the people who run the shops downstairs. It is a practical spot for us because it is central. We do not need a high-rise to do what we do. Wadkar Apartment has been a good home for us, and we plan to stay here for as long as it makes sense.
