Our office is up on the 3rd floor of the Sagar Complex, over in the A Wing. Being right opposite Nashik Phata means we are at a very busy junction. While the traffic noise downstairs never really stops, we’re high enough that it just sounds like a background hum. Software and tech solutions are what we handle in this space. It’s a fairly simple setup with rows of computers and cables running everywhere under the desks. You won't find bean bags or free snacks here like in those high-end tech offices. We mostly just have sturdy chairs and decent monitors to work with. Silence usually fills the room because everyone is focused on their screens. Having been in this building for a few years, we've learned the elevator gets slow during lunch, so many of us take the stairs. Plenty of food stalls sit around Nashik Phata, making it easy to grab a bite in the afternoon. There is no big sign out front, just a small name on the directory in the lobby. Working with different clients on their digital projects keeps us busy fixing bugs or building new features. It involves a lot of typing and quite a bit of coffee. Our group just enjoys coding and solving technical problems without a lot of fuss. Looking out at the flyover from the window is a nice break from the code. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just keeping the daily projects moving along.
