Piinnac Technology India Private Limited

Our office is situated in Bhosale Nagar, which is a really nice part of Pune near the University. We are in S. No. 10/502 at Kasturkunj. The area is full of old trees and it’s generally much quieter than the rest of the city. Piinnac Technology India is a small group of us working out of this space. It’s an older building, which gives it a bit of character that you don't find in the new glass towers. We have a few rooms where we keep our servers and workstations. The walk to the University gate is quite short, so we see a lot of students and academic folks around. Our daily routine is pretty standard; we get in, fix some tea, and start going through our task lists. We don't have a big HR department or a bunch of managers hovering over us. Everyone just knows what they need to do and gets it done. Sometimes we sit out on the balcony for a break if the weather is nice. The office is a bit cluttered with old hardware and stacks of paper, but we know where everything is. It’s a comfortable place to work without all the pressure of a big corporate office. We’ve been here at Kasturkunj for a while and it really feels like our professional home now. Most days are pretty calm, and we like that we can actually hear the birds outside while we're trying to figure out some tricky technical problem.
