Phonenix Knowledge Management

Our office is located at Sanskruti 15/A right on Baner Road. Phonenix Knowledge Management isn't a very large company, just a handful of us who deal with organizing information and data. The space is okay, it has enough windows to let some light in, which helps when you’re looking at spreadsheets all day. We’ve been here for a few years now. Baner Road can get pretty packed with traffic during rush hour, so most of us try to get in early or stay a bit late to avoid the mess. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a small area where we have tea. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or big signs. Most of our work is behind the scenes, helping other businesses keep track of what they know and how they do things. It’s a lot of talking and documenting stuff that other people might find boring, but we don't mind it. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up and it gets a bit warm, but we just open the windows and keep going. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune, just trying to do a solid job for the clients we have. It’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere most of the time, as long as the deadlines aren't hitting us all at once. We’re just regular people doing regular work on this busy road.
