Phone World

Started here in Viman Nagar Vashi Colony 7 a few years back. It’s just a small spot where we look at phones all day. Most mornings start with cleaning the glass counter and checking if the bulbs are working right. We see a lot of people from around the colony coming in because they dropped their phone or the battery just won't hold a charge anymore. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. It can get noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the screens and the tiny screws that always seem to get lost on the floor. We aren't a big fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just us here. We have a few shelves with covers and chargers that we try to keep organized, though it doesn't always stay that way. People mostly know us as the place near the corner. We spend a lot of time just talking to folks about what is wrong with their gadgets. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the street, and other days we can't even find time to eat lunch because there are so many repairs piled up. It's a living, and we are fine being part of the neighborhood here. Most of our regulars just stop by to say hello even if they don't need anything fixed. That is just how it is at Phone World.
